Quarter Rounds
 
 
Quarter Rounds are used on the base of the walls against the wood baseboard. It is used to cover the gap between the flooring and the wall. They are installed by nailing into the baseboard molding.
T- Molding
 
 
When two adjoining room have the same height, it is recommended that T-Moldings be used as the transition piece. T-Moldings are usually glued in place to the subfloor below.
Reducer
 
 
Reducer Molding are utilized to help level the edge of the wood floor onto another surface. Reducer moldings are usually glued in place to the subfloor.
Threshold
 
 
Thresholds are used at doorways and other areas when two adjoining rooms have different floor heights. Threshold molding are usually glued in place to the subfloor below.
Stair Nose
 
 
Stair Noses are used at the front edge of a step to give a smooth rounded look. Stair noses are usually glued in place to the subfloor.
