How is it possible that your prices are so much lower than other companies?
Well the answer to that is quite simple. Since we provide a large volume of orders to our flooring manufacturers, we are able to negotiate deep discounts on all the flooring products that we acquire. As such we can pass those savings on to our customers.
How much waste should I add to ensure that I do not run short of materials?
On average you should calculate 6%-8% as a waste factor. However if you will be laying the flooring on a 45% angle, then you should calculate 10% as a waster factor. This is a general guideline that you may consider using.
What if the materials I received were damaged in transit?
We deal only with the most reputable freight carriers in the United States. On average, their claims ratio is less than 1%. Having said that there still arise situations where damages sometimes occur during transport. If you notice considerable damage to the products received, please contact us at 866-940-3566 or email us at info@floorsave.com so that we may be able to investigate and file a claim with the carrier if needed.
Are the materials you sell first quality or are they second quality goods?
All of the materials that we offer for sale are first quality products. They are in the original manufacturers boxes, and come with a full warranty. We do not deal in any second quality products from any flooring manufacturer.
I’ve never made a large purchase on the Internet. How can you ease my concerns?
We have built a stellar reputation in the flooring industry. Our goal is to provide you with the best quality products at the lowest prices available. We offer many payment options, but if you are at all skeptical, we would advise you to pay via credit card. This way you are always protected.
How long does it take once I place an order to receive my products?
On average our delivery time is currently running about 7-10 business days for items that are in stock with the manufacturer. On items that are not currently in stock with thee manufacturer, it may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you offer any Financing Programs for my Flooring Purchase?
Yes we do offer financing programs for your flooring purchase. You can get more information at the Financing Link at the top of the page or by contacting us at our offices at 866-940-3566.
What forms of Payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. In addition we accept bank checks, personal checks and money orders. You can send us a wire transfer for your order. For personal checks, we must wait until the funds are cleared before shipping. If you would like to pay by Bank Check, Peronal Check or Money Order, please contact our office to place an order.
Do I have to pay for Shipping?
Yes. Shipping has to be paid in additional to the cost of the materials purchased. In most all cases, the savings that you will receive will far outweigh the additional cost of shipping anyway. We do have discounted arrangements with our freight carriers to ensure that you will receive the best shipping rates possible.
What is your Return Policy?
We do accept returns, however, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of the date of receipt of merchandise. Only unopened boxes will be accepted. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the materials back to our warehouse.
