Order Process
You can place orders online or call us at 866-940-3566. All orders will be processed within 24 hours. Once the order is processed and the inventory is confirmed, we will send a confirmation email to you regarding your order. We will advise you on all related details regarding your purchase in that email.
When we are ready to ship out the product to your destination, we will provide you with the name of the Freight Carrier along with the PRO or tracking number and the contact details of the terminal where the order will be sent prior to the physical delivery to your home or business. Shipping times can vary from 3-5 days.
The Trucking company will contact and schedule with you prior to making the delivery to your location. This ensures that the delivery does not simply arrive without your notification. You will have time to arrange the delivery with the Trucking Company so that someone can be at your home or business to receive the shipment. If you have chosen to have your materials picked up at the Terminal, then upon arrival of your products at the local terminal, someone from the Terminal will call you to advise you that the order is ready for pick up.
